Thanks for all the comments on Phase 1..
Phase 2, sealed the floor and will also seal all the other components and the floor again in Phase 3.
Phase 2 was all about getting the little things stowed away where they are close to hand and not rattling about.
I used some voids which occurred with the raised floor sides were formed in line with the wheel arches to store tubed sealants, mastic and less used adhesives. I also used one of the bays to store some non joinery tools that don't warrant a systainer but I like to carry like small trowels etc.
You can see 2 voids present above the wheel arches which will fit sys mini boxes. I'm going to get 4 and place gloves, dust masks, first aid kit etc and probably just Velcro them in for easy access.
I made a small side unit for common adhesives etc and rails for sheet sandpaper and towel rail.
The hose fittings for my midi are hung from 40mm pipe clips at the side door beside the fire extinguisher and obligatory hand wipes!!
A long test run today shows everything rattle free and stays in position without any problem.
