Not able to order a part

Hello,

I need a DD-ES lock ring (10019385).  Mine has lost a lip and will not stay locked. 

I have made at least 3 phone calls to the service number.  No one has answered (at least one was outside normal hours and I left a voice mail).  The other two I also left a voice mail.

Is anyone home?
