I think we're (I do anyway) need some more information to be able to make a useful suggestion.
The case is 1200mm tall and your title mentions dados. What is the 100mm dimension is it the depth of the case?
If yes then how many dados 100mm long do you need to make?
What is the spacing?
What size dado?
What tools do you have that you might be able to utilize to complete this work?

The side of the cabinet 1200 mm tall. I would like to cut a 6 mm dado every 100mm intervals in the sides to install dividers. I currently have a TS55 with all the needed tracks, a Dewalt 618 router with plunge base. I also have a Paulk/MFT type bench. I just can't get to the table saw which I would normally use. I would love to just get an LR32 kit with a 1400 router but that is not possible at this time.

Cheapest solution I can think of is get an adapter for your DW618 so you can use it with your guide rails. I know there are versions out there for less than $40. I don't make one for the DW618 and my adapters are made to work with the Festool LR32 Guide Plate.
I could make one but since there are versions of this already out there from ToolCurve and others so I won't. I think one of the existing versions is probably the least expensive option that will yield acceptable results.
If you don't want to do that just use a straight edge to guide your router for the first dado, and make a spacer that will rest in the dado and space the router over to give you the 100mm or whatever spacing you need. But make sure everything is dead square and straight or you'll be sorry.
