OF 1010 Base Plate Screws

I just purchased the 1010 and discovered that the base inserts must be changed by removing the 2 screws.  What type of driver fits these?  I don't want to use a flat blade screwdriver because it will damage the screws over time.  I'm a little disappointed with this design.

Yep i keep a t15 in the systainer with mine. I really wish they made it a tool-less change but it doesnt take long to swap it out. Just dont lose the tiny screws!
