W Wuffles Member Joined May 23, 2013 Messages 1,315 Sep 12, 2015 #2 The pictures on the ratchet button (and the ratchet noise) should give you a clue. I've overtightened before now and managed to undo once I had the confidence of the direction, but I know how you feel.
