I have both of these routers.  I tend to go to the  Bosch when I think I need more power and mass (for stability). For those that don't know, the  OF 1400 is rated as 1400 watts (roughly 2 hp) and the Bosch at 3.5 hp.  Ten lbs vs 14 lbs respectively.  But I think I've got'a change my mind on this.

While shallowing out the the back of some cherry molding, using the Bosch with a 1.25" bit, I noticed the dust collection was awful.  This was with the Bosch dc adapter hooked to a CT 36.  It also took "moderate" effort to control and push the router forward.  I decided to try the bit in the 1400 instead.  Virtually no dust (and that was  with the skinny hose).  Control was much better (but I was using two guides), but most of all I felt "in control".  The additional mass and nominal power advantage of Bosch did not translate into better performance.

The 1400 price is twice that of the 1619 but it's twice the tool.  Took less time to set up too.
