OF1010 dust shroud

I've recently purchased a used OF1010Q router. It works very well, however it's missing the transparent dust shroud. I've checked with Ekat, and as far as i can see, the shroud consists of 2 parts. A lower part ("Hood", part no. 450507) and an upper part ("Cover", part no. 493414). Is this correct? (The price seems pretty steep at approx. 12 $ for the upper part?)

Yes you are right, I also ordered them once.
If I'm not mistaken you get 3 pieces of the cover (493414).
Although EKAT doesn't show the number of items.

If you really want to make deep router plunges these parts have to be removed.
Otherwise the spinning collet will burn the plastic.

Thanks for the info, seems right that the cover is a consumable
