Does anyone have one of these? If so, what are the dimensions or how much does it enlarge the footprint. I'm hoping it is a lot because rounding corners with larger bits on the OF2200 is precarious at best with the regular base.

The router is a beast, but it eliminates the multiple pass business for large bits. I've had good luck with single passes. Kind of surprised me at how easy it was to do and how clean the cut was.

Thanks for the photos. Surprising that you only get 2 1/2" extra for $88. I was hoping it was bigger.

If the work piece is large enough, instead of the table widener, could you perhaps use a guide rail adapter on the rods as a handle to steady it on the ‘inside’ of the corner?
(I’ve never used a router as large as the 2200, so I don’t know if one hand on the router body is enough.)

I just bought the kit. Everything is in a systainer.  I'd rather have something in case I may need it then need something and not have it and have to stop and go get it

I am going to give the offset base a try. I know that I will need the guide rail adapter at some point and possibly the small bore. Once I hit that point I've all but bought the kit (except it is missing more pieces than it has) and I don't have anything to store it in.

Hi Jim

I had that table widener up until last week (I sold the router and accessories). I found it to be worth the money and I was glad I had it.
