Old Felder BF 6-31 combination machine: Jointer tables paralleling

Can anyone out there give a bit of advice about how best to parallel my jointer infeed and outfeed tables?
Having a hard time, and the section in my manual seems to just skim over the topic.
When I place a straightedge flat on the outfeed, at the far end of the infeed it deviates by about 1/16 (near end in nice contact).

On Yahoo groups, there is a felder's owner group that you can join. You need to email the admins and you might have to wait a bit but its worth it once you have access to older thread topics, such as, how to get co-planer tables.

The Felder Owners Group is a great resource. Also buy a copy of David Best's Survival Guide (through the FOG). It is an invaluable resource.
