Older MFT guide rail out of sync

I have the old MFT setup and some how in the process of making a rocking chair I must have bumped something hard enough to knock my guide rail out of sync.  The allen screw that is supposed to never be moved, the one on the far side of the table, moved.  I do not  remember the distance from the end of the table the screw should be set.  If anyone knows I would appreciate the info.

Thanks, Jim

My memory's good, it's just short.

There is no right or wrong place for the stops on an MFT. They are just there so that you can return the guide rail mounts to the same place if you take them off.

You just need to square the guide rail to the fence or vice versa and then set your stops against the guide rail mounts.

You can use any side of the table and any guide rail (within reason). It's a completely flexible system, which is a big part of the beauty of it.

yes, I actually moved mine to the other side of the fixtures so that they load from the right while maintaining the same kerf cut on the table.

Thanks to everyone that replied.  I thought I had several options, however I didn't wish to create more of a problem than I already had.  I'll work on realigning the guide rail tonight.

And happy Thanksgiving.  Thanksgiving is the best holiday of the year, for me anyway.  You get all the "F's" in one day.  Food, Football, Family, Friends and you don't have to buy a gift for anyone.

Thanks again, Jim
