ONboard outlet failure CT 36

Hi,

The onboard outlet on my CT36 has failed.  I replaced the outlet with an OEM part and still nada.  Any ideas?  I tried calling Festool, but have not been able to get through.  Maybe it's the virus.

Maybe a completely stupid question, please don't ask how I get the idea, but...: did you switch it on?
In case you have... I would guess the switch (or the wiring to it) being the culprit.

If memory serves me, power for the auxiliary outlet goes through the mechanical function switch. You could check that.
