Original Systainer?

Anyone know of a source for original 4-latch Systainers? Some of mine are getting old and brittle, but the liners won't fit then new T-Loc Systainers.

So I just made and account to ask if my old sustainer insert would fit the new ones. I have an old c12 and the sustainer is getting crumbly and I would like to get the newer designed sustainer but I like the insert. Is there a way to get the inserts?

You can get the inserts on ekat, if I'm not mistaken.

  Welcome to the forum.  [smile]

    Many of the old inserts can be fit into the T-Loc Systainers with a few snips at corners and front with scissors. Not sure about the C12. But if you get a new Systainer and can't make the old insert fit then a new insert can be ordered from Festool.  Or just order a new Systainer with the new insert.

Like Seth said, I've modified many original Systainer inserts to fit the T-Loc Systainers. Usually the trouble areas are at the rear edge of the insert and at the front edge of the insert.

A scissors, scalpel or a diagonal cutter will all get the job done.

I just google 'systainer classic' and then I get a wide range of sellers. It's mostly the Tanos bright white with blue latches or Tanos all-antracite.

I can always ship some over if you really need them.

But cutting a small V from the classic inlay usually makes them fit the T-loc systainer
