Outstanding Festool customer service

My out-of-warranty Midi died last week so I sent it into Festool Canada for repair. I was expecting a repair bill but instead a new one arrived today. Apparently my broken unit was never sent in during the Canadian Midi/ Mini recall.

Amazing service, and proof if it was ever needed that Festool really do look after their customers for a very long time after they buy their tools.
