So after having the Domino DF500 for a while and having just gotten the Midi Dust Extractor I have been working on cabinets for our pantry. I decided to use the Domino to join the cabinet parts having the side cover the plywood ends for the top/bottom. That went well and now that the backer board is installed (1/4" slot/1/4" board) and the units glued up they are ready for the face frame.

I guess I have several ways top approach this with the easiest being to simply to join the face frame parts with dominoes then glue and pin nail them to the case or I could mortise along the face frame back parts and the plywood edges to glue the face frame which seems like a good deal more work and far more likely for a mistake especially seeing how I'm new to this piece of equipment. Any suggestions as to the better approach and process to this endeavor?

I'd prefer to have this be a one and done project and I still have the raised panel doors to do, all 8 of them....

I use pocket holes for the f/f and pocket holes to attach the f/f to the pantry

I dont see the appeal of face frames... I guess if a person wants a more traditional look but the modern, clean lines, easy cleaning of both the inside and outside of euro style cabinet hands down the only option in my book.  Otherwise careful layout and the domino should work fine a few pocket holes will help to.  I wouldnt pin nail it and choose your pocket hole locations carefully preferably on the outside so they cant be seen.
