parallel fence screws

Where can I get a set of parallel fence screws and the metal clips for a ts55 in the uk?

You should be able to get them thru a dealer or I believe Festool UK directly.  I tried to get you the part numbers but the parts catalog is down at this point in time (often happens over the weekend when it is being refreshed by Festool Germany.)

I believe there are three parts:  The knob, a spring, and the clip.

Ive got 2 saws but only 1 fence so it will save me swapping the screws ever time i want to use it

If it may be usefull to you, you could also just get the absa -ts 55, it comes with the springs, knobs and plates aswell.
