People who buy the CXS must be stupid.

I'm also a proud member of CXS. Can we get a DUMB sticker for that?  Like the Festool Fan.[tongue]

Just joined club stupid today. Bought a CXS. First Festool purchase on top of it...Let the stupidity begin!

The question remains however, were you CXS stupid, or CXS Set stupid?  It matters you know!

Welcome to the FOG by the way.....

Well i got the txs 2 of then actually they are the best drill and combo it with a pdc.

Cheers

Bryan

Yeah, I'm stupid too. And btw, I love brushless as much as the next guy but brushless isn't a make or break feature for me. Especially after researching the HECK out of the CXS three years ago before I bought it. It still surprises me with power.

I am stupid that I haven't tried out my wife's limited edition one yet.

Peter

Well, Peter, it's not yours. You need to get your own stupid cxs. I just used mine today it is nice.

I can't believe six-point socket isn't chiming in he's got to be stupid [big grin] Maybe twice.

My wife did allow me to remove and reinstall 4 screws with her CXS over the weekend.  I am now experienced with the drill at least.  I did have to wipe my fingerprints off of it before I put it away properly.

I'm hoping to win one very soon. I hear they're great.

What do you expect to hear? the choir is in harmony.

The sweet sound of a UPS truck showing up after I haven't spent any money.

So can we assume that hers will be a future museum piece!  [eek]

After this rigorous and exhausting test and evaluation, [member=1674]Peter Halle[/member] are you going to purchase your own for some real work?!  [smile] [big grin]

I was stupid enough to buy one just to use around the house as I was working away on mine sites and it saved me bringing my drills home with me on my week off. Now my poor little CXS gets used for everything but I had to get my impact driver out the other day when trying drive 75mm screws into some hard wood in a deck I was building got a bit much for it. Just as well the chuck isn't bigger or I would using it with my hole saws
