Any suggestion to avoid Aluminium burr going into the electronic module of  Dust extractor
by using wet filter do I arrest Aluminium going in??

I'm no expert on the topic, but Festool makes a series of CTs in other countries including one made for potentially explosive material. Aluminum dust is included in that, I believe.

I would recommend that you contact Festool Australia NZ for assistance via phone or their website.
