Using the MFT3, mount the 55 or 75" track mount guides on the short side.  This allows 40"+ capability.  I use Stanley's adjustable height portable saw horses for long support.  Speaking of those horses; they have vertical slots for 2X4s.  These work perfectly with the 8020 15 series (1.5" x 3 or 4.5") aluminum extrusions (Ebay).  I attach their 10 series 2" X 2" material attached with 2" X 2" angles and clamping knobs for adjustability for supporting material.  Using six 48" or 60" (we do acrylic fab) for cross cutting or five 8' 2' X 2' for long cuts, I can rip up anything in sheets.  If you contact one of the 8020 dealers you can obtain material up to 24' Ebay material is limited to 96" due to shipping limitations.
