I think I held out long enough WOW....

I had a coworker lacerate her hand during lunch the other day and I had nothing to help her with. I am a former firefighter and EMT (volunteer in NOVA many moons ago) and ended up using my shirt, some napkins and a few other things until the bus came.

I took it as a sign that I needed to step up and get a nicer kit to keep in my truck.

Count me in mate.

It's looks like we've easily reached my threshold, and with a day to go none the less. In fact, I guess we're now at 25...so even better?!

As an aside, I'm not quite sure what Greg is so excited about - he's already got one!

I said if we hit 24 I'd do another (final) run, so that's what we're gonna do.

Everything should go a lot smoother now, since I have most of it figured out. The big variable for this batch will be the same as for the first batch - getting the Systainers from Tanos. I will not know until I submit the order where we are at with delivery, but it shouldn't be any worse than getting the first batch was. Worst case to get them could be 60 days from final payment date, with delivery occuring within 30 days after that. So - worst case - about 90 days from final payment date until I begin shipping this batch.

I want to give everyone adequate time to pay, but in order to get things shipping faster I don't want to delay for any longer than necessary. So here's my thoughts:

Last day to order and pay will be Friday August 15th. If anyone has a problem with this CONTACT ME NOW?!

Unlike last time, I am going to ask that you try to pay ASAP. If I get enough payments in right away, I *may* be able to leverage an earlier delivery date. By a LOT! No promises, because it will all depend on how many people pay before next Monday. It's Very short notice and some folks simply won't be able to make it happen, but if enough do ... well, it could be very good news indeed!

Just like before, the details are:

Last day to order and pay = August 15, 2014.

Delivered cost to your doorstep = $400 for the lower 48, $425 for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. This includes shipping and insurance.

Shipments will be made based on PAYMENT date and time. First paid, first shipped.

What you need to do:

1. Verify that you are signed up. The first 25 people are posted and listed above. You may still sign up until August 15th.

2. Submit payment - Payment is prefered via PayPal to 'me@usmac.net' , but contact me for other methods like Money Orders. If you are paying via Paypal please send it as a GIFT / payment to famiy or friends or I will get charged ridiculous fees and will have to return your payment!

3. Sit back and wait for your package to arrive!

Because PayPal does not provide your information when you send a gift, please tell me:

Your FOG user name so I know who you are
Your First and Last Names
Optional - your company name if this is a company address
Your full street address (no PO Boxes)
Whether this is a Business or Residential address
Optional - Your phone number (in case FedEx needs it for delivery purposes)
Optional - Your email if you want to be notified with a tracking number.

I will update this thread as payments are received so you can be positive that I got your payment and a First Aid Systainer is reserved for you.
