Still work in progress.

Sockets mounted to the sides.

Ideal for on site work on the tools, at home or for camping.

Nice, idea. Did you consider using flush mount sockets like this or this instead? They seem a bit exposed sticking out like that...

Thanks.

The recess in the T-Loc where I currently have the sockets is only 84mm wide and most of the recessed one's I found were bigger than that and I wanted a 230v inlet and outlet.  If you wanted an inlet only then a recessed one would fit in the centre profile under the T-Loc catch.

I've now managed to get 2 sockets mounted on both sides.  I may fit 2 more; 1 either side.

I like your project and have been meaning to build something similar I will start my own thread about it when I do, but thanks for motivating me to get going on it. Yours is looking great!

Has anyone ever seen a 110v transformer in a systainer? I have thought about it but worried about the heat they create. It would be great to not have to balance it on my vacuum when there is a long walk to site.
