I IanB Member Joined Feb 9, 2015 Messages 14 Jul 31, 2015 #1 I received a 1010 router this week, and it was missing the guide rods. I called the dealer (hours away) and they suggested I call Festool first. Festool suggested I call the dealer. Is there a proper way to resolve this? (I'm in Canada.)
