Must be spectacular to see the nice Festool machines in their Systainers.
May be Waynelang can do some renderings of it?

sick in hospital for a few months. But im sure that when we get some FOGtainers in i will be replacing my festool systainers. Or at least the ugly ones.

I thought they were tool cases, not display cases. But nice work on the sysports, but the colour ........

Nooooooo!!!!!!!! [eek]
Don't use acetone on systainers, it will disolve the plastic. Even if you use it sparingly, it will soften the surface.
Wood_Junkie, have you actually tried this? If so, did it not cause any problems?

It will take the sharpie off, use very little and be quick about it. Don't pour it on it, bad idea.

Yeah, sorry. To be clear, use a Q-tip or cotton ball or something. A quick swipe should take off Sharpie (pretty much any permanent marker) writing.
No, I have not done this on any Systainers-- I just know it'll take off "permanent" marker.

Great job on the design - I really like the black contrast with the Systainers - true to your original concept!
I was the one that posted the dowel idea for holding them in place on a set I built some time back. Saves wood and space, and ultimately weight for moving them around.
Thanks for sharing.
