Quartz countertop seam

Hi All
Installed my quartz countertop and the seam has a lip on one side. Less than a 1/16". What is the best way to smooth this out? Can I separate the pieces and start over or grind the high side down? Also what items are needed? Will a RO125 do the trick?

Getting it back apart will probably be quite a challenge. Grinding and repolishing will take some special stones and skills. Maybe consult a local shop that specializes in this, but it might be costly.

Transfer that measurement to the top of the cabinet, and skim off the top of the cabinet wall.
