Hopefully this doesn't show up as a duplicate topic, I submitted it earlier and it seems to have disappeared into the ether.
I use a lot of 80/20 15 series, Woodpeckers Supertrack, and Powertec Multitrack extrusions as the basis for jigs I require. I've never been happy with how I attach these to my MFT style worktop. When I saw the announcement of the TrackDogs bench dogs I decided to buy some to try out. At $14.99/pair it was well inside my impulse buy range. The TrackDogs arrived today and they are exactly what I was looking for. The dogs are a very solid feeling piece of black anodized aluminum that is tapped for 1/4-20 bolts. As you can see in the attached images using a 1" bolt (not included) I'm able to mount these dogs in all the extrusion types and then have them snuggly fit in the dog holes in my work top that I had made with the Parf system. The TrackDogs also have a handy slot in the top that can be used to tighten them with a coin or suitable screwdriver.
This is going to make it a piece of cake to have dogs built into things like pockethole jigs for quick secure attachment to the work top and no more clamps sticking out to impale myself on...not that I've ever done that...ever. There's not much else to say, these work as advertised, are fairly priced, are solidly US made and support 1/4-20 bolts unlike most dogs that use metric hardware.
Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with the company, I'm just a happy customer.
