I've been in contact with the company in the netherlands and they have a dealer that buys things in the US of them (WALKO)
I've you should be interested in some of the things, i could find out which is the importer in the US and you could ask if thy could sell some of these things.

Hmm, if Plug-It retro-fit kits could make it out here.. hmm... I revived an old thread where people wanted some and immediately many more chimed in.

As for Walko stuff, if I can't get the wheel kit for my forthcoming Walko (forthcoming because I -have- to sell my old PM64S for the space and the cash!), then I might add that, but I'm pretty sure Timmy can pull off the wheel kit.

HIlle, what 'things' do you mean exactly? You're kind of vague.

I think Hille wanted to reply to another thread and started a new one by accident.

He's probably talking about this guy I met him at the tradeshow in Utrecht last year. Aside from making the in-vehicle storage racks and the festool test-centre mft's, he also had the walko table at his stand. I hadn't talked to him about the walko; but someone else during the busride home (it was a trip organised by a local toolshop) mentioned he is the guy that builds those tables.

Thanks, Craig... I asked twice on other threads about them so I'll bug you here since I got no reply.  Do the wheels work like casters with locks or are they the type of wheels where you lift one side a bit and that engages the wheels on the other side so normally the Walko feet are holding it firmly in place (not wiggly wheels on locks)?

PM64 might get picked up tomorrow morning... hoping hoping...

I found a pdf on the walko site about a wheelkit. If it is this kit you're talking about, they appear to be small, non-locking casters, that are mounted to the side of the table. (Meant to move the folded up table when it's on its side)

I also got really peed off with that video.  I had to keep hitting pause to see the pics as they were changing so quickly.  The exploding blocks were really annoying also.

The wheel kit goes on one side of the Walko when it is folded

........  It lets you roll it rather than cary it everywhere.

When you mount the casters make suer you mount them so the Knobs to the hinges are facing UP....  that will make your life easyer.
You will then notice that they put the handle on the wrong side  no problem just move it to where you want it .

Craig
,

Thanks, Frank-Jan and Craig for the wheelkit info.  That will be useful, too, especially in the shop, although I hoped it was maybe 2 wheels you'd have on one side that would engage when you lifted the other side while the Walko was folded up as an A-frame.

Paul,
It drags pretty well when it is in the A-frame mode  when the struts are locked in it is rigid
