Yes, but just take them off, buy a new one (12.16 USD) calibrate it to the new measure and stick it on.

I'm interested in your UG bracket problem resolution as well since I'm considering purchasing the same system.
The Onieda V-System is a great solution for the shop but, the one thing I learned from my installation was to not restrict the flow at the machines. I have a few machines that were produced before dust collection and after running the 6" pipe with 5" drops to the machines I used plastic 4" connection ports attached to homebuilt machine interface brackets. The reduction to 4" was way too much and I had to re-make the machine manifolds to 5" minimum which solved the flow efficiency.
I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of your shop.

Did you actually cut bigger holes into your machines?jacko9 said:If you can advoid the 4" restrictions you will greatly improve your chip/dust flow. Here are a few pictures of my rebuilt manifolds. The first photo is my Powermatic planer with the plastic manifold I purchased from Rockler. The second is the replacement with a hood from Oneida welded to a top plate on my planer. The other photos show my connection to my Poitras 8" Jointer which originally had a dust chute again I started with the Rockler 4" dust port and as with the planer the flow restrictions were too much to prevent dust and chips from excaping. I also attached a picture showing my overhead run and as you can see my space is pretty restricted.
Let me know if you need any other suggestions.

So i tried putting the left ug extension on the right side of the saw. Same result.shaneymack said:No i have not tried that yet. I will and report back....Tom Bellemare said:Did either of you try swapping the extensions from right-to-left to determine if it's the Kapex or the extensions?

Ya i agree. Not sure what the fix will be. Let's hope the bracket Festool sends me will have a smaller v section underneath to compensate for the v in the kapex being to high.Tom Bellemare said:That would indicate to me that it's not the extension.
