Recon Tool is starting today (Cont. US Only)

mr. shane holland and mr. bkharman, thanks for replies,
they are very helpful.
i have purchased a 10%off ts75, great experience, just like new.
but never tried the other brackets YET, and the ct36 ac is something
i want but not going to "fully use" all the time, so why buy new.

and i always appreciate festool, have alot of them, new, until now
never bothered with filling in the lineup with used parts.

thanks again

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

Does one want the product or the warranty?

If one wants both pay full freight, Hello.

[huh]

Is there a reason that the basic of2000 is still available?  Was thinking of trading out my dewalt kit to continue to move to the green stuff.  Just wondered if there was something obvious I  was missing.  New to all of this

Welcome to the forum.

The OF 2000 is a discontinued router for us, but there are several reviews of it here on the forum and it's a great machine. You can find more info about it on our website at the link below. If you have specific questions, let us know.

With so many brands sold by WoodCraft it is possible not all the staff is up to date with everything Festool or all the other brands.

I doubt that any of the sales staff is or are the owners of the franchise. If the sale is directly from Festool there is no profit motive for the store except customer service and the possible future sale of accessories.

I don't know what or who you're responding to but I just don't agree with the idea the people that sell tools don't need to know much about them.

This premise suggests a world in which there are no actual "brick and mortar" stores and all tool sales are conducted online, because, of course you already know what your going to buy because you've done your homework without input from a "sales" person.

How long would it really take to research a companies product line? Wouldn't that be part of job training?

This irritates me because I cannot rely on my local supplier to add any real input, and thus they add no value to the tool buying experience. There are tool dealers around this forum that earn they're sales because they know what they're selling…

Is there any hope for ct33's with this recon sale or are they all gone?

Thanks

Being an older discontinued tool, I doubt we'll add any CT 33 units. Most recons are 30 day returns.

Makes total sense. I just had to ask. Thanks for the quick response.

Why do some have classic systainers instead of the current T-LOCs?

I'm only guessing but I'd say we just haven't sold out of them since migrating to TLOC. Some tools migrated later than others.

Looks like I beat Shane -- there is a huge amount of new stuff on the recon list right now.  I finally got what I was looking for.  Let your wallets free!

I was courtesy notifying someone of an item they were looking for before the rush.

Most/all of the newly listed stuff is very, very low quantities.
