RECON TOOL SALE - MORE THOUGHTS

I know there are some orders that are shipping a little slower than usual due to order volume. Apologies for the delay.

Any idea what "typical" timeframe  is?

I received my domino, carvex, mfk700, and ro150 on Thursday (shipping took one week, which was awesome).

At the same time, a CMS-VL was also ordered and I haven't even received a shipping  confirmation yet (going on 10 days and it doesn't seem to have shipped yet).

Just curious what timeframe a larger item like the CMS should take.

FWIW the reconditioned tools look amazing. Most seem to be like new (except the rotex which looked pretty hammered).

Thanks in advance. So far so good :)

I believe there are some orders that are about as much as 3-5 days behind on shipping. There are several reasons for the delays, but apologies for those who might still be waiting for their tools. There were a LOT of recon orders that have been received. Plus, dealer orders, new products being introduced, etc. Thanks for your patience.

If you don't have a status update from your dealer by mid-week, let me know and I'll see what I can find out.

Shane, is the sale basically over?

Ends 11/14 officially, but there only only small quantities of tools being added on business days.

I understand that you likely don't have any specifics, but do you have any insight as to the *categories* of tools yet to post? I.e. 'Track Saws; Drills; CT's; or the like? If, for instance, someone was looking for a Domino but there are none left to post then it might help them plan their purchase to know that...

I find out what's going up when you do. I can't harass the service team to find out what's in the pipe.

I know everyone is anxious to score more deals but repairing customers' tools is their priority. Prepping recon tools is secondary. So I'll ask for everyone's patience and to check the website around noon to 1:30 eastern M-F.

Thanks Shane, I really benefited from this and can't speak highly enough of Bob Marino and Amy Bender over at Woodcraft. I really added to my little diy / beginner shop and today at Woodcraft in Newington NH, I was telling one of the guys the deals I scored and he was floored. Especially the KS120EB. Came in Friday and looks brand new. I scored two drills, a sander another Midi and two routers from Bob. The service has been phenomenal all the way around and the sales people really know their way around this lineup. I'll keep my eyes open the next two weeks but for what? Beats me! I'm stoked :)

Cool.

Thanks.

Just anxious for the new goodies :)
