Removing Systainer Lids

I got the sys mft. It comes on a sys 1, Id like to remove it off the sys 1 and put in on a sys 2 or 3.

Is that possible?

I looked at it and didnt exactly see a way to do it with out damaging both pieces.

It is possible; I've swapped plain lids for 'attic' lids.

It takes quite a bit of force but they seem able to take it!

put a large ish flat screwdriver behind the plug hinge and the stiffening bar apply some tension by binging the screwdiver towards vertical and give the shaft of the screwdriver a sideways blow and the hinge will fly out with no damage to either part

Thanks guys I got the one off the sys mft easy, the other systainer had the divider bar. That  was throwing me off. The video kinda cleared it up for me.
