Removing the blade depth warning sticker?

Added a second MFT table, it came with a blade depth sticker warning users about the max cut into the MFT surface.

Unbeknownst to me, it appears this sticker was designed to be permanent.

Anyway, I removed it and the surface underneath was a bit rough. I lightly sanded it at a high grit.

Feels better, but a bit rough. My intention was to keep this surface as flat as possible.

I thought I’d check in here before damaging the table further. I only sanded over the area where the sticker was...

I suppose I can always flip it
