Nice wheels but where is the ct on the Kapex. Don't tell me you just let dust fly everywhere. Some might land on those nice wheels.

Steveo205 Thanks. I used a router to cut squares under where the T-LOC feet go.  Got the idea from this site.

Ah cool thanks.  I will have a search on the forum a bit more.  Thanks again.

There standard wheels, its a transit sport

I only take my ct if im cutting a lot of mdf indoors, I have so much mess off other tools it hardly seems worth it  [unsure]

I took a few more pics today
All the loose stuff on the floor is stuff I dont always have in the van depending on what Im doing, some days the floor is completely clear

Check out this link.  Would love to say it was my van but helped me with a lot of cool ideas, plus has loads of pictures.  I especially like the pegs for keeping the boxes on the shelves.  Hope helps you out.  The website is - this is carpentry dot com  all one word and search for van racking.

So I would love to know exactly how you managed to attach the ply racking you made to the side of the van so that it was strong enough not to move when on the move and going round corners etc.

Thanks

If you have a look further up this thread he posted this pic showing the cut outs in the shelf.

The systainer box feet sit in the holes, locking them into place so preventing them from moving.

Oops I misse that. Most of my sustainers are the classic ones without the feet that the tloc ones have. Any ideas on keeping those in place while driving?
