Renofix 130 with CT 26E

I’m going to be starting a considerable amount of paint removal from wood. I have a CT 26E and I’m wondering if anyone has used the Renofix with the 26. From what I’ve read, Festool states the auto clean is not necessary for removing paint from wood. I would get the 36mm hose. Thoughts on this setup?

I don't see any problem with that setup.  The Autoclean is only needed for fine dust from concrete and similar grinding, whereas paint (and even any underlying wood that might come off) will come off in larger chunks that aren't going to clog the filter bag prematurely.
