replacement connector for boom arm

I have a boom arm that has the plastic connector for metal tubes that was a chief complaint with this system.  How do I go about getting one of the new aluminum version?  Its not sagging yet but I don't want to take the chance.

   You have to wait until your birthday and when you make your wish as you blow out the candles  , wish for the metal replacement part or you could always call Festool's service dept., they will take care of you.

I've had my aluminum replacement part for around a year now, and no problem.  The original nylon part didn't make it but a few days or so, as I installed a D36 hose to the arm and often added my D27 along side -- too much for that part.  The replacement should eliminate any concerns you may have, as it has certainly worked perfectly for me.
