Hi and  [welcome] to The FOG!

Absolutely the same guide rails used to index routers drilling shelf pin holes, which we frequently call "Holy Rails" work like all the other Festool Guide rails when making straight cuts with saws.

By the way, with the adapter called a "Guide Stop" (these are made for the OF1010, OF1400 and OF2200) you can make straight groves or dadoes.

As note yes. I have even seen the MFS 400/700 Multi Template used with track saws. If you look the router accessories you will the ts rails used with the router. The clamps and various tape on strips are the same.

This is part of the system nature of Festool. Using the same rails and just adding the holes helps keep production cost down.

Also look at the description for the guide rails 32 mm Hole Drilling Guide Rail, 95-13/32" (2424 mm) - 491622

"•A fully integrated system, use your Festool routers, plunge saws, or jigsaws with the guide rail for expanded capability"
