I have a couple of sys for paper storage...one for my RO 150 and the other for my ETS 125. As I amass the range of different papers and grits I'm trying to come up with cleaver ways to keeps paper packed densely in the systainers - so as to not waste space.

I'm alternating the direction of each stack of paper to indicate a different grit. I also cut the box that the 10 packs come in to create a little label tab to act as a "file folder"...works okay. I'm thinking of 3d printing a round disk with a tab instead. We will see...as I'm the only one in these...I pretty much know what I have. But it is a good kan-ban action item to indicate to reorder/restock. I also threw in the back to one of the 10 packs that list the range of grits I can get.

I'd like to hear of other ways you guys keep the paper organized. I've searched and found some items...but that more ongoing custom dividers.

Shaun

When I find time I will make something like the above out of ply, that you can just slide the loose papers into as well as the 10 pack boxes.
The original 150 papers insert would defiantly get my vote for,  " A waste of space"
