Second Systainer in the Shop

Was cruizing Craigslist and stumbled upon an OF1400 posted at 9:30 pm the previous evening.

It was now 8:45 am the following morning, almost 12 hours later.  Any chance, probably not, ahh what the heck.

Go figure, when I called at 9:00 am it was still available.

I agreed to the offer and we scheduled the pickup.  After hanging up the phone my heart started beating irratically when I realized there had been no concent given by SWMBO.  This would be an UNAUTHORIZED Festool purchase without the "if I'm gunna do this right, I need an OF1400"  I practiced the phrase, "It's a GREAT deal!!!, it's a GREAT deal!!!, it's a GREAT deal, and it's less than a year old!!!" all the way home.

Believe it or not I didn't even spend a night on the couch.

Gotta love that woman.

Oops, guess I did leave that out.  $245.00 and the receipt was from about Nov/Dec of last year  ;D  So it actaully was less than a year old.  The gentlemen was moving from a 6 bay garage to a 2 bay (serious downsizing) and was clearing out a lot of material and tools.  Unfortunately my "unapproved" funds were stretched as it was or I'd have walked away with more than a few new toys..er tools.
