Seeking advice on shipping from USA to Ireland

Could anyone suggest how to ship a mantel clock from the USA to Ballincollig, Ireland.?

It's not a sale or a gift.  It belongs to the expat recipient.  Dimensions are about 6x12x18.

UPS only offers an Express service for ~$300. Not doing that.

How heavy is the package? You can send up to 4 pounds USPS Airmail, over 4 pounds USPS Priority Airmail.

The USPS boxes were too small. The clock package  is 16 pounds and  the  box length+girth  is  62 inches.  USPS Priority Mail International for it is about US$70.  That will do.
