Service all Inclusive U.K - Online repair and pick up service

Fantastic. Just goes to show that Festool do listen to us.

Phil, any chance of the Festool phone app being updated so this can be done through the app?

Any idea how long it takes to repair the forward/reverse switch on a DRC drill? mines getting picked up on Monday and i will be drill-less at work  [blink]

My PDC was repaired and despatched these day after they received it, so from collection to re-delivery was 3 working days (though mine was over a weekend so seemed a lot longer!).

Hi Phil,
Do you need to send tools back in the systainer? I couldn't find a box to fit a systainer in so the drill has been packaged in a shoe box. Im guessing this is ok  [smile]
