I'm in the process of designing a shoe cabinet using sketchup and I want it to have adjustable shelfs. I ordered the LR32 system with a 1400mm holey rail but I don't have them in my possession yet. I was wondering what the maximum size a board can be using the LR32 system with a the 1400mm holey rail.

Thanks

Depends on design and hardware joinery but the maximum panel length would be 1371mm or approx 54" if you use the 9.5mm stops for 19mm panels.

jafenske,
I can't help you with your problem, but thanks for an idea.
I am thinking/looking for ideas to work on with my grandson.
I am currently setting up to work on a display/book shelves for him to display wrestling medals and trophies.
As the wrestling wears thin, it will become a bookshelf or whatever he determines in future.
So far, i have the lumber pile.  we have been detained temporarily due to school priorities.

The shoe drawers/shelves/storage is something that fits.
He has about the largest collection of sneakers I have ever seen.
Now, he has them all arranged on a closet floor >>>  the entire space is covered with sneakers.
(Almost as messed up as my wood shop with wood scraps and ww'ing toys  [blink] [scared])
I am rained out from my day job today and will do some searching for plans.
Thanks for the idea.

Thanks for the info.

The 1371 number surprises me. I would have thought the number would have been a multiple of 32.

@Tinker - You are preaching to the choir. I have twin boys and their shoes are everywhere. I come from work and it drives me crazy. I'm glad I could give you an idea for a project.
