Sick Ti15

Looks like i will be making my first ever call to festool about my Ti 15.

Some may have seen my comment in the T15 stops working thread.

Well today i was using my impact and it started to make a soft sounding griding noise.  :'(

I recorded the noise it made and will try to upload it youtube later. 

Having never made a warranty claim before. Do i go through my dealer first? Or do i go straight to festool.

Hope it can be fixed as i only got it at the end of october last year.  [eek]

and fill out the form. When it is returned we will contact you regarding collection.
