Darn.

Went to borrow a demo RO150 from customer service to "test" (I have to refinish a deck this weekend) and they didn't have one...

I had already purchased three packs of discs - so had to buy one...

Already got the "Church Lady" face from my wife....

Rob

No sympathy from me, considering I broke down and ordered a low angle jack the other day.

Dang, didn't she understand that you couldn't waste those three boxes of disks?

[wink]

That actually woked for me once but my wife bought 5 boxes of sandpaper for Christmas so I had to get the sander to work with the paper.

I know that look well,

You should of seen her face when I brought home the 850 planer a few days ago. Now Im thinking about how to sneak out a get a jig saw w/o her all seeing eye pinning me...

Don't I know it. Within the span of a few months I've indebted myself to the tune of a Domino, RO 90, Triton CT 26 and today a TS75 plus a MFT. However I can afford it and I have grown to appreciate the system. I've purchased for certain projects but see value and use in future endeavors. Festool ain't no sippin' whiskey, it's keg chugging.

I could only imagine how mine would look at me if I didn't tell her they cost half as much as they really do.  [poke]

Stokley, you got it bad dude.  There is no hope for you I'm afraid  ;D

Welcome !

Guys, the secret is to build something your wife "really wants" fast!  It's worked for me for the past 47 years [big grin]

Good Luck!

For a minute, I thought you were suggesting shoe-shining with the Rotex!

I actually tried this with a polishing pad. Sort of worked!

Hmmm, so the 25th is a bandsaw anniversary. Interesting. Any supporting evidence that the 20th anniversary could be table saw?

50th is certainly lathe ... I'm in now hurry for that  [big grin]

Think I missed our jointer anniversary (15th?) - need to catch up on gifts ... don't want to be seen as an uncaring partner.
