I'm getting some slop with one of the rail dogs. Measured it with calipers at 19.80 as opposed to the 20mm. Anyone else experienced problems with these, and are they cool with swapping them out?

One of my dogs is 19.8 top to bottom and the other is 19.9 top and 19.8 bottom.
They wouldn't slide at all if they were 20mm. The regular Qwas dogs are 19.9 and they have a pretty tight fit. I suspect the 19.8 on the rail dogs is intentional in order to insure they can slide up and down easily. Keep in mind that when attached to the rail and sitting flat on the work the dogs will not rock back and forth. And so the actual lateral movement between a 19.8 dog and a 19.9 dog is a max of 0.1 mm and less than that in practice. Considering that a 19.9 rail dog would be more difficult to use I think it is a reasonable trade off.
