Apparently a neighbor/friend of my mother was very impressed with the tables that I have built, during a recent visit, to the point of requesting one for herself.
She basically wants to combine the size of the small square ones, with a shelf, down lower than the TV table I did for mom.
I drew up a somewhat scale drawing for approval, which went fine....on to the construction.
Today I got all of the parts cut, top and shelf glued, legs tapered, even a mock-up.
Most of it came from a single 1 x 8 x 120. There is enough probably left to have done the legs too, but it would have needed some more drying time. I just used a couple of off-cuts that were already 1 1/2" thick.
I made some double-width Dominos 6mm x 40mm x 40mm
I don't know if I will get any time for it tomorrow, but it's pretty close.
