I'm a Cnc guy - and have owned a few. You won't find much that is 'portable' in your range that would hold a huge router like a 1400.
I owned the Handibot - it was unique and would do some neat things, but became problematic if you were trying to actually cut things flat/etc. I sold it and my current CNC is a Romaxx machine with a Dewalt 618 2HP router. IT works really well - weighs about 150LBS. I can move it if I need to - but similar to a planer - I try not to.
If I wanted to - I could pop the router right out of it. For the CNC and low cost of the router - you might as well buy a dedicated router for it.
What are you actually looking to cut? What do you hope to make with it? This can really drive your decision.
