Four aluminum bench dogs (these stick 10 mm above the table) plus Ten aluminum door pulls that are 20 mm in diameter and 25 mm long.  I used these to make bench cookies and any other thing needed to lift work above the table.  Someone here on FOG (I think from OZ) first suggested this years ago. I have removed the previous screws that were cut to length and have included new screws so the buyer can cut them down as needed.
