Solid iroko door

Just finished an quite large ( 2210x1220x58mm) solid iroko door, mixed feelings about fitting it, part of me can't wait to see it in situ and part is dreading hauling it

That's awesome.  Are the rails and stiles solid or did you sandwich some insulation in there?

as you can see on first picture, bottom, centre and top rail are solid 58mmx 148mm (joined to the stiles with two 12mm dominoes, we made them out of iroko and they are 98mmx137mm... ) and panels between them are made out of 15 mm x158 t&g which allowed us to sandwich 25 mm foam insulation between ( look at pic 3)
