Solid work top cutouts - what do you make?

I have installed several solid oak counter tops the last couple of months and have several pieces from cutting out sink and Hobs and offcuts . So once you've made a chopping board what do you guys make with them?

Casters on one for a large skate board... For moving things.

Could just make them into cutting boards for your clients, be a nice gesture to make them even more happy, or just give them as Christmas gifts.

Usually leave a chopping board in every kitchen I fit with a solid counter top. It's the cut offs and cutouts that are left that I wanted ideas for. Seems a shame to keep filling the wood burner
