I have a quick question about using guide rails with different saws or blades. I have just bought a panther blade for my TS75 but am cautious about using it on my guide rails due to the fact that they have been trimes to fit the kerf of the standard blade. I'd be interested to hear what others do to get over this as it seems a big investment to have to double up on some guide rails just to accommodate the difference in cut.  Or am I just being too precious about the whole thing!

No need for a second rail.  I believe that the kerf is different... but that both blades teeth line up on the arbor side.  I cant find the thread about it, but I am sure it is the case.

If not, someone please speak up!

Cheers.  Bryan.

PS | I have the 75 and both blades, but I use it in the TS insert more often than not where it doesn't matter of course.

You can go thru the procedures to make the different saws match on the splinter strip side.  If you download the supplemental manuals you will find the instructions in the 55 mm version.  There isn't a manual for the 75, but the 55eq manual should help with that one.
