Standard Contracts for Furniture Builds

Today, I have a contract signing with a customer. I have always made up my own contracts, but was just wondering if there is a standard contract, out there, that some of you are using? Thanks.

I have a standard NKBA contract that I use or larger jobs.  Typically I just send an estimate with the payment breakdown.
I'll see if I can dig it up on my computer and pm it to you.
