Stop bucket collapse

Quite a few people have had the problem when using  a cyclone between the vacuum and tool of finding that the Festool Vacs are so powerful that they collapse the container used under the cyclone.
Well I found that that was also a problem for me when I changed from a cheap wet & dry vac to my new CT22. But I was a two hour round trip from anywhere that I might have found a better container.

Another point is that I am going to build an integrated cart that will hold a CT22, Mini CV06 Cyclone and a water pipe boom arm with a sysport  section under the CT22. So will not need the current setup for long
So I thought this was a perfect opportunity to try out some of my new toys. So using the MFS700 and OF1400 I cut a reinforcement ring from 20mm ply then as it was a bit of a loose fit attached three legs with 30mm pins.

As you can see it is not very pretty but it gets the job done. I filled the paint bucket three times and had less than a very small handful of very fine dust in the CT22 bag.

I had the same problem with one bucket collapsing (those CTs are powerful little buggers).

Stuff another bucket inside the first one, the resulting double wall is rigid enough to hold up (so far)

:D Don't exaggerate, I had the same problem with my 15 year old household vac.

I did a deck project last year and had a piece of sonotube left over from pouring footings.  Don't remember how much it cost - I bought them in 12' lengths.  You might be able to get them cut down from a concrete supply?
